I'm making a bold accusation to Wippien here: I think it is responsible for the disappearance of the registry keys in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Micros../Win../Curr../Run.

It happened on both my desktop and laptop computers. I think, during the process of uninstalling & reinstalling Wippien.

It's a real pain, because I don't have a restoration utility.

What do you answer against these accusations?

I've been as precise as I could.

Is there any reason why a program would clear that said list of start processes ?? It sounds so strange, and wippien has so strange bugs that it was easy for me to make it responsible of the crime.

Fixed. I'll update this later today, this was installer bug.
