I don't know what could be wrong. Windows fireall could be one of them. Just leave it as is. Does it eventually get conneced in few minutes?

no it doesnt connect after few minutes and i dont think
the firewall is the problem becuase it is disabled.
and i think wippien doesnt use ports? i think the most
supposable problem is that i have forgotten sth but
i dont know what (things i tried in my first post)
